The video starts with several typical occurrences and effects of wind (for example, wind damage to trees), and then shows past and present uses of wind energy. It explains the buoyancy of hot air based on the example of a hot air balloon. An animation explains how wind is caused by the exchange of layers of cold and warm air in the atmosphere.
