The pictured wind turbine with a power output of 3 MW is located in Upper Bavaria, Germany. Although this region is not particularly windy, from late 2014 to early 2017 it had already delivered more electricity than planned and has proven to be profitable. Reviews have shown that the wind turbine has had no negative consequences on birds and bats during this period.
