This teaching unit is intended for “Personal, social and health education“ in primary schools and is designed to cover a period of four lessons. The object is to encourage students to consciously perceive their environment with all their senses. They will learn explicitly to live and experience life with their senses and will also be made aware of the problem of impairment of sensory functions in everyday life. Through the activity-oriented teaching method “Learning at stations" students will learn about the topic hands-on.
The media files (graphics, photos, interactive games and tests, worksheets, a video and a link list) will support you in this practical, real-world-oriented teaching. The allocation of time in lessons and the use of the media are outlined in teaching methods for the teacher.
