A short story leads to the task’s question; a boy named Daniel is preparing for a camping trip, and it is recommended to him that he take along freeze-dried ready-made meals. He thinks this food is so great that he wants to find out how freeze-drying works. The phase diagram of water is provided to the students to help them solve the task.
