Detection reaction for unsaturated fats (1)

For this experiment, 40 ml of acetic acid (5 ml of vinegar essence to 35 ml of water) was placed in each of two test tubes. Then 10 mI of olive oil was added to the left test tube. Two lab spatulas of butter were added to the right test tube.
