Beschreibung:
Noise refers to a sound event with irregular (= aperiodic) oscillation form. It is composed of a large number of individual oscillations, the frequencies of which are not in integral relationships with one another.
Typical examples are the rustling of paper or the noise of road traffic.
Information and ideas:
Possible cross reference: Examination of aperiodic speech signals with the help of spectral analysis.
